Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“Service” — the Crypterm software: the web dashboard and the desktop terminal, together with their updates and accompanying materials.

“User” — an individual who has created an account in the Service.

“Subscription” — the right to use the Service for a paid period.

2. Account

Access to the Service requires an account with a confirmed email address.

The User agrees to provide accurate details and is solely responsible for keeping the password safe and for everything done under the account.

One account is intended for one person. Sharing access with third parties is not allowed.

Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support@crypterm.io.

3. Licence

The Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during the subscription or trial period.

You may not decompile or modify the Service, circumvent technical limits or licensing mechanisms, resell access, or use the Service to build a competing product.

All rights in the Service, its code, design and name belong to the Operator.

4. Subscription, trial and payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Plans and prices are published in the dashboard and on the website and may change; a change does not affect a period already paid for.

The trial period is granted once per account and is free of charge.

A subscription starts once payment is confirmed and runs until the date shown in the dashboard.

Refunds are available where applicable law requires them; write to support@crypterm.io.

As of this revision, payments are not yet accepted in the dashboard; payment terms will be added in a later revision of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

The User agrees not to disrupt the Service: no automated scraping, no load or other attacks, no attempts to access other users' accounts.

The User is responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including rules on crypto exchanges and tax obligations.

The Operator may suspend or terminate access if this section is breached.

6. No investment advice

The Service provides data, signals and analysis tools for information purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax or legal advice, an offer, or an inducement to trade.

Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high risk of losing the entire amount invested. All trading decisions are the User's own and are made at the User's risk.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or the accuracy and timeliness of data received from external sources (exchanges, quote providers).

The Operator is not liable for damages, lost profit or other losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In any event the Operator's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the subscription over the preceding 12 months.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current revision is always available on this page and its date is shown at the top.

Users are notified of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means accepting the new revision.

10. Termination

The User may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of the account by writing to support@crypterm.io.

The Operator may terminate access if these Terms are breached, having notified the User; where access ends through no fault of the User, the unused part of the paid period is refunded.
